Roy Goble

Roy began working in real estate in 1981 for his father Ernie Goble, who founded the company. In addition to Goble Properties, Roy also spends his time serving those in need through The Goble Foundation, which works in Belize, Central America to prevent children at risk from entering a life of poverty.

Nick Parisi

Nick Parisi started with Goble Properties in 2004. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and is responsible for operating positions for Goble Properties investments. In 2009, Nick restructured the Goble Properties asset management and property management divisions by bringing the management back in-house. He is responsible for establishing Goble Properties’ short-
term investment strategy and is in charge of structuring and managing the debt portfolio. Nick earned the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. Nick attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara,
California where he graduated with a B.S. in Economics & Business as well as a B.S.
in Philosophy.

Ron Robinson

Ron is the President of R. L. Robinson Associates, Inc., and in 1998 Ron became a consultant to Goble Properties. Ron has represented Goble Properties in all aspects of commercial real estate and has worked on over 20 projects for Goble Properties, his responsibilities have ranged from asset manager and acquisitions consultant to development project manager. Ron is currently responsible for Southern California asset management and is project manager on Goble Properties development projects. Ron received his BA in Marketing from the U of Idaho in 1967 and his JD degree from Santa Clara Law School in 1985. He started his commercial real estate career in 1977 as an agent with Ashwill Burke in San Jose, CA. In 1992 he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Wendy Osborne, Senior Property Manager

Wendy began her career in Commercial Property Management in 1997 at Pacific Gulf Properties where she assisted with the management of a property portfolio of over 700,000 s.f. of Industrial, R&D and Warehouse properties. After 2 years Wendy joined Orchard Commercial managing 1.2 million s.f. of R & D and Industrial properties. Wendy then joined Legacy Partners in 2007 where she added Class A Office Properties to her commercial property management experience. In 2010, Wendy joined Goble Properties as a Senior Property Manager in their San Jose, California location. Wendy received her RPA designation through BOMA in 2005 and holds her California Real Estate Salesperson’s license, as well as an Associate of Arts degree.

Phyllis Mongiello

Phyllis has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in California since 1990 and a  Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management for 14 years.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Cal State University,  San Bernardino where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.  Phyllis has managed Perez Business Park for 18-years. She is married with 3 children and 9 grandchildren, and spends her free time traveling, watching college basketball, surfing, golf and taking care of her rescue dogs. She is an avid supporter of the Humane Society, ASPCA, Surfrider Foundation and the Ocean Conservancy.

Aimee Alix, Assistant Property Manager

Aimee began her career in Contract Administration/Customer Service in 2005. She then joined the Goble Properties team as Assistant Property Manager in 2009, bringing her extensive customer service skills and broad knowledge of commercial buildings in the Silicon Valley.
 

Keith Cobell

Before starting with Goble Properties in 2012 as Director of International Investments and Social Impact, and Managing Director, Jaguar Creek: Belize, Keith led a diverse range of social good companies and organizations, philanthropic institutions and most recently social impact businesses in Rwanda and Belize. Throughout his career, Keith has been involved in catalyzing the power of business, entrepreneurship, education and faith to break the cycle of poverty in communities around the world. A graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, Keith went on to earn a Master of Arts in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, began a PhD program at the University of Wales/Oxford Centre for Mission Studies in Oxford, England and most recently completed the Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
