Goble Properties offers ideal solutions to start-up companies seeking small warehouses, offices, or retail space. All small businesses are cost-conscious, and Goble Properties has worked hard to offer flexibility and affordability for your small business needs, even if you only need a short-term lease. To learn more about leasing opportunities, contact Goble Properties San Jose Office at 408.452.1754.
Goble Properties also forms investment groups to develop and acquire commercial real estate projects. Projects include development and subdivision of residential land in addition to purchasing existing retail and industrial centers. To learn more about these investments, contact Nick Parisi at Goble Properties San Jose Office 408-452-1754.
Goble Properties is committed to the community; donating a percentage of all profits to local charities in each area we have investments. The Goble Foundation also focuses on international work, specifically children-at-risk in developing countries.
A Family Run Business

During the 1980's and 1990's, Roy specialized in the redevelopment of old warehouse space in Silicon Valley. Taking "outdated" and underutilized warehouses and turning them into useful multi-tenant industrial spaces became a niche market during the rapid development of the technology industry in the region. Goble Properties continues to own many of these buildings, although some were repositioned and sold to residential developers.
In the late 1990's, Roy focused on the Coachella Valley and identified several industrial and office buildings that were underperforming. From Palm Springs to La Quinta, these properties were either repositioned to take advantage of the booming regional economy or developed from the ground up. Goble Properties continues to be a property owner in the region.
Prior to working at Goble Properties, Roy majored in economics and business at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, graduating in 1981. He wasted no time in marrying D’Aun that same year. They have two grown children and currently live in their home town of Pleasanton, California.
Roy and D’Aun’s mutual passion is volunteering for charitable endeavors, and over the years they have been involved in a number of successful outreach projects. Together they lead their family foundation, which focuses on at-risk children around the world. Roy serves on the Board of Trustees for Westmont College in Santa Barbara, heading the Diversity Committee. Roy is the founder and Chairman of the Board for Emerging Ministries, a Bay Area focused group that nurtures and encourages emerging leaders in the non-profit world. He has also served on the board of Target Earth International (which he and D'Aun founded) and Hawaiian Island Ministries.
When not volunteering or working on real estate projects, Roy and D'Aun enjoy spending time at their vacation home in Truckee, visiting with their children in Santa Barbara and Pasadena, golfing, and hiking in the hills behind their Pleasanton home.
