Goble Properties is a real estate investment and development company based in the Western United States. Founded by Ernie Goble in the late 1940’s and run by Roy Goble since 1992, we are still owned and operated as a family business. As a family owned company, Goble Properties believes that the foundation of a business must be its integrity and character.

Our main focus has been multi-tenant industrial buildings for small business owners, but we are also involved in retail centers, office buildings, R&D buildings, residential land, and hotels. While not limited geographically, most of our projects are in the San Francisco Bay Area, Palm Springs, Idaho, and Maui. We consider properties for investment as well as development, with special interest in turnaround or value-added opportunities.
